Enter the 2012 Mielieland tournament

Hi all you Mielieland fans!! It’s that time of the year again, and let me tell you – I can’t wait!! This year our famous tournament will be held from 13-15 April 2012.

I’ve attached the Invitation and then a separate entry form. Please use this entry form when filling in your team and player details, and please return by email.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES:

• Entries must be in by 17 February 2012 else you might forfeit your place.

• Names and Payments must be in by 5 March 2012, else you will forfeit your place. Please note that the whole team’s payment must be paid, and it is best that the organizer of the team pays the whole amount into our bank account, otherwise it is difficult to reconcile.
