Afternoon all

Did you know, we are now sharing the Home Frenzy Series with 8 provinces countrywide and now going as far as New Zealand, Australia and America!

We are enhancing the programmes, all free to share, as we progress so Home Frenzy 4 will require a google link for better quality. We will be posting the series on a public domain to download at your leisure.

Finally, watch out for the Junior Frenzy making it fun for all ages…coming out soon.

Are you ready?

  • Home Frenzy 4

More of a challenging routine than a challenge, to really step it up today.

Being a 6 min video the WA quality is not as good as we want, so please click on the Google link for a good HD quality view.

Have fun all …

Afternoon Provinces and Players

We have 2 weeks of lockdown left and as such we got two of our Northern Jarvis players (Andrew Martin and Mark Schickerling) to make available 20 to 30-minute impact exercises that squash players can all benefit from, right in the comfort of their home.

Today is the launch of Home Frenzy 1 and we will release a Home Frenzy daily until it becomes a repeat process for Week 2.

Enjoy, share the video far and wide, and let’s get ready for the return to this great game!

Thank you Andrew and Mark for their time and effort.

Happy getting back to fitness all.

Regards

NSA

Note: This does not replace any current programme you may be involved in with your coach.  Please check with them before commencing.

A very successful weekend indeed and bodes well for IPT’s if we can maintain the momentum

  • 400+ players
  • 10 Medals
  • 23 Top 10 finishes

From 9 provinces and a major province doing well if they achieve 5 medals, we doubled that!  Furthermore to secure 23% of the Top 10 finishes is outstanding.

  • 2 Golds and narrowly missed 2 more golds in the 5th
    • Patrick Weir u14 and Juan-Cone Brand u13 with
    • Brett Mclachlin (9-11) and Awande Malinga (8-11) leaving everything on the court
    • Valme Webster, Judah Phillips and Chante Leppan wrapped up our finalists
  • 5 Silvers
  • 3 Bronze

Top 10’s are looking great with u16 holding 4 Top 10’s per gender.

Thanks once again to Liz and Maryna for creating the solid foundation and allowing the two coaching schools to be well represented.  They can be proud of their players and we wish them well as they prepare their players for the SA Nationals at the end of March.

That’s a wrap for the weekend folks.
